Ciara is an Army Veteran, the owner of Seaira Dives, and a passionate environmental advocate. Alongside running her dive business, she serves as the Campaign Coordinator for the Surfrider Annapolis chapter, focusing on issues critical to Annapolis conservation efforts. Her diverse experiences reflect a deep commitment to protecting the natural world while sharing her love for the ocean with others.
Whether exploring underwater ecosystems or working to promote sustainable practices, Ciara is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and community. She currently resides in the greater Annapolis area with her husband and their two beloved dogs.
